Well psyche is kind of person who trust the nature of healing, knows that the pain will pass, and when it passes,will be stronger,happier more sensitive and aware.Life is becoming..less livable..with each new person I meet..I wonder, is this fate has chosen, or is fate what I have chosen to get me through the day? I also believe that loving is the most creative force of the universe but the memory of loving, is the most DESTRUCTIVE...Sometimes they say I am good, whole worthwhile human being...but sometimes my self esteem suffer a jolt..my thoughts reflect some guilt, worry, condemnation or self-deprecation...I strongly believe that there is no need to give negative thoughts about myself...I am comforting, like my friends wanted me to be...sometimes neglected, rejected while I gave my precious moments with them, but some are TRUE & LOYAL to me like I do, and they are still here with me..God Bless THEM!!!I can be easy on myself.If I have any reaction to the silliness of my mistakes, I just let it be one amusement rather than irritation.... If I have broken heart, I tell to myself that I must deal with the world that does not accept the fact of emotional pain not only hurts,but that it can be debilitating...the solution? Pamper myself..I'd buy things or something I really enjoy, or perhaps get a manicure,pedicure or any other CURE..watch good video,take a trip,bask in the sun, go to a restaurant or bar, asquiesce to my whims...in short ENJOY!!!!=)I always let go of the past...Look forward to the future... of course occasionally I look over my shoulder, but for the most part, I focus on the future and keep moving ahead..I let myself enjoy the excitement of uncertainty.....PSYCHE is not perfect....she's like somebody else...or may be like you...Human...
