When it's time to turn it up, I'm switched on.I have a wonderful, beautiful wife, Autumn Rain, and three smart, fun daughters. I prize my family above all else, and make sure nothing is more important than my relationship with them.I achieve balance by turning inward. I am the consummate introvert. Meditation, Working the body, and spirit, and enjoying family and good friends. No more drinking or smoking, but I believe in personal freedom. I love the outdoors, and serenity.
