Playing instruments, mainly bass, going to shows and playing them, the never-ending quest for good conversation. Reading. Samurais. Excercising and most physical activities. I just purchased a quad and that is a pretty good escape. Hanging out with my boys and watching their backs. Good times.

Music makes the world go round, I like a lot of bands and groups. I'll listen to anything once, and ill probably like it if it has some sort of musical value to it. Incubus, Mudvayne, NIN, Sevendust, Deftones, 311, 30 seconds to Mars, Metallica, Godsmack, Rob Zombie, 36 crazyfists, Led Zep, Anything Jaco and Vic touch is golden, a little bit of marcus miller. Cold, U2, Lost Prophets, The Classical sorts, Muse, Onceover, Dying To Know, Dash The Assassin, Avenged Sevenfold, Rammstein, The Used, Disturbed, Goo Goo Dolls, Nonpoint, Ill Nino, The doors, Motley Crue, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Robert Cray, Lamb of God, System of a down, Static X, Onceover, Hed(pe), The Accident Experiment, Killswitch Engage, Ashes of Soma, Johnny Cash, Mushroomhead, Les claypool(but i hate Primus), Billy Sheehan, Ben Kenney's side stuff, the list can go on and on. Ive been listening to a lot of classical stuff lately, those guys can certainly jam.

CSI: Las Vegas, thats about all I watch, besides the Food channel shows every night, House is pretty badass as well.
The Art of War, The Sully Erna and Nikki Sixx diaries. I used to read books by Anne Rice and Brian Jaques but not so much anymore. I guess if magazines count i read Bass Player magazine, the greatest source for Bass ever.
