I am here for Friends

About Me

I'm a independent woman who's only shy until she gets to know you. I'm uncomfortable in social gatherings, more of a people watcher. I uphold the truth and hate liars. I love the outdoors but can spend hours on my computer. I don't wait for anyone to do what I can do myself, but won't refuse some guidance. I can dream my life away, yet hold firmly to the ground.I have been taking Tae Kwon Do with my son for the past 3+ years to help stay in shape and to get out of the house. I am a book and movie hog, which my son has inherited from me. I usually read 2-3 books a week, with varying interests... as long as it is not non-fiction. I love to escape within the story. When I can find the time, I love to write poems and short stories. And I love my St. Louis Cardinals!

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Interesting, artistic, fun-loving, intelligent, caring people with big hearts and a zest for life.

She gave him rain (poem)
