Artists: John Legend, John Mayer, Etta James, Acceptance, Nichole Nordeman, The Carpenters, Chicago, Coldplay, U2, Hillsong, Shane and Shane, Delirious, Ella Fitzgerald, Harry Connick Jr., Marvin Gaye, India.Arie, Hillsong, United, Jamie Cullum, Kelly Clarkson, Lauryn Hill, Whitney Houston, Martina McBride, Musiq, Norah Jones, Dave Mathews Band, Switchfoot, Sara Groves, Shawn McDonald, Rachael Lampa, Josh Groban, Michael Jackson & the Jackson 5, Bethany Dillon and the beat goes on.

Movies:

I really liked The Village. Sister Act 2 will never get old to me. I also loved Freedom Writers, Hotel Rwanda, Father of The Bride (1 & 2), Conspiracy Theory, Sense and Sensibility, Pride and Prejudice, While You Were Sleeping is an all-time fave. I also love most sappy movies or dramas, and chick flicks (shocker, I know) and old movies.

Television:

Rarely watch TV, but when I do: Extreme Makeover Home Edition (the best show EVER!), Nightline or other news shows, (sometimes) The Biggest Loser, Intervention (on A & E, I cry EVERY TIME- maybe God is telling me to become an intervention counselor . . .) Oprah, American Idol, What Not To Wear (TLC), E! True Hollywood Stories, Forensic Files, City Confidential.

Books:

The Bible in the New Living Translation and Anonymous by Alicia Britt-Chole (I recommend this to EVERYONE!), Ruthless Trust by Brennan Manning, Seizing Your Divine Moment by Erwin Raphael McManus, The Hiding Place by Corrie Ten Boom.

Heroes:

Mom and Dad: the two people that I can (and do) tell anything and everything to. They love me and support me, regardless of whether they agree with me. I am who I am because of their humility, compassion, integrity, leadership and relationship. Jesus Christ: my heart's desire and passion is to be like Christ. I don't want to be a clone of anyone else, but I do want to love, learn and live like Jesus did. He is the hope of the world, and I have to share that, I am compelled. My sister, Kristi: she and her husband are raising two amazing girls, and working hard in the real world to keep their family, their faith and to make a difference in the world. My brother, Mark: he started a non-profit organization to occupy idle young people with FUN and MUSIC. He is a musical genius and a downright genuine person- extremely talented and passionate.
