S.A. Jazz Workshop is a newly formed jazz ensemble comprised of the
aforementioned jazz musicians and some of San Antonio’s newest residents. With an eclectic style all their own, each member brings a special ingredient to this workshop for jazz performed in a variety of styles and genres, as well as collaborations with many of the up-and-coming local musicians in the San Antonio & Austin areas.
S. A. Jazz Workshop brings to the San Antonio jazz scene a combination of beloved jazz standards (both in their purest forms and tastefully arranged), R&B and Pop tunes spanning decades of America’s rich musical history, modern and contemporary jazz pieces, and original compositions ranging in style and approach. Their passion is music in all its forms, and their goal is to share this music with audiences everywhere in a live idiom.
