THRILL OF A GUNFIGHT formed sometime around October 2004 when former band mates Lance and Jesse (CHAINSAW!) of Murder FM began writing really killer guitar riffs together. Then former singer Andy Fowler heard about this killer riffage and told drummer Dickhead Darin about this.So the four got together and decided that they were gonna start a band.After a month ar two of practice Andy decided that he didn't want to do this anymore and quit.A month or two later after that Ol' Sexy joined the band and has been slayin that bass guitar ever since.Around the same time we got a new singer named Patrick Holmes who stayed with us for a while then also decided that he didn't want to do the whole band thing.Finally after a month or two of trying out singers Lance and Chainsaw talked with former Inseptic singer Andrew Hanscomb about doing vocals.He came out and blew our minds.We were now solid.After recording our cd "Run For Your Life" in June Of 2005 we followed up with a summer tourand other shows in the southeast.Chad Darkwait(213,ex-Autumn Aria,Ex-Ashes Of October)stepped in to be the neww thrill singer after our previous singer was booted from the band!!!!After recording Thrills second cd with chad entitled "......and so it begins" and doing a phenomenal job Thrill plans to embark on a magical tour across the south in the near future while hoping a record label will pick them up.Watch out for the new cd and the new line up and pray to god you dont get caught in our furious whirlwind of metal.
