In 1947, the US military conducted a series of experiments on primates to determine the social habits of humanoids under the influences of household cleaning chemicals. "X-Ray Vision (abbreviated XRV) is a 3-piece punk band from Columbus, GA. Spawned by lead singer Chad Darkwait in 2006, XRV plays songs of a humorous and usually offensive nature. Inspired by beer, Angelina Jolie, food, being broke and bad haircuts, XRV has made waves in their local music scene, as well as various cities across the southern United States.
XRV has seen a few line-up changes since it's start. Cannibal Chris joined the band in January 2007 on guitar, making the group a 4-piece. In summer 2007, guitarist Chris Kubiak joined, making Chad solely a frontman. Kubiak left the band a few months later to relocate to Florida.
