A Star was born in the mist of Crime and poverty CrimesStarCrimes was raised in a lower class neighborhood in Hempstead, New York. He grew up surrounded by crime and poverty. At a young age his mother would always say he had star qualities. As a young boy he was the life of the party at family functions.With only the neighborhood street hustlers and drug dealers to look up to, It’s no surprise that It didn’t take long for Crimes to learn how to survive in the hood. He used his star qualities to make friends, enemies and gain street credibility. To say the least he quickly adapted to his surroundings. Crimes began to sell drugs at the tender age of 12 years old. In hopes of keeping him out of trouble and jail his mother sent him to spend time with his older brother who lived in Brooklyn unfortunately, that only made things worse when he returned to his hood. Now Crimes not only had a understanding of how to hustle but he developed a hard head and felt invincible. His behavior landed him in juvenile detention time and time again.Juvenile detention is where the Crimes was added to the Star and his love for rapping and hip hop developed. He begin to write rhymes to express his emotions. Making beats on any hard surface he could find, Crimes would battle anyone that cross his path. At the age of 16 ½ Crimes found himself in prison which is where his talent began to mature by battling the best from the 5 boroughs of New York City and beyond. Crimes quickly learned how powerful hip hop was, he was now known not only in his own hood but in others for his lyric game.Crimes began hitting the underground mix-tape and DVD market hard. Crimes has taken the underground by storm. Crimes has been on and over 35 mix-tapes world wide reaching as far as Canada and France. He has also worked with several artist who have showed interest in collaborating with him on a higher level (main stream) like Hell Rell, Lil Wayne, Shiest Bulb, Jay rock, Supreme, and many others. His music speaks for itself. He is not just another artist but an entertainer.
