Syndicate is comprised of New York City born and bread rapper Jones Corleone and Cleveland, OH born and bread rapper Young Lynx. The two first met through a mutual friend and upon there first encounter, quickly became good friends especially with both sharing a passion for music.
They first collaborated on "The Coalition Mixtape, Vol. 1", which is a group comprised of Jones, Lynx and The Frost Boyz. After the completion of the second mixtape, "The Coalition Mixtape, Vol. 2", Jones set his sites on a solo album. Midway through the recording of his album, he and Lynx had a few collaborations that turned out to be incredible songs and Jones' solo album turned into a Jones Corleone & Young Lynx album, thus the formation of the group "Syndicate".
As of the year 2006 they set up a myspace page which garnered over 10,000 plays thanks to the help of "Powerful Piff" which pushed over 750 spins in a weeks time. Unfortunatly the page was hacked and deleted.
Syndicate has a new page set up now on Myspace (www.myspace.com/officialsyndicate boyz) and the are looking to regain the support they recieved the first time around. They have been featured on two Dipset/Taliban Mixtapes, "Unsigned Hype Vol. 1 & 2" and in a few short weeks they will be featured on "Dipset Mania" which will also feature songs from Juelz Santana, 40 Cal., Lil' Wayne and others from the Dipset family.
The future is definetly looking bright for Jones Corleone & Young Lynx aka SYNDICATE!!!
