Hello there people! My name is Adrien, a.k.a ade, a.k.a DJ Adie b, a.k.a that guy that runs around raves talkin to random people. i like Good music (many many types). I enjoy Partyin, Chillin, Philosophy, Sociology, Bed, Greenery, The Sky, The Sun, Dingy Basements, Heavy Soundsystems, Flat Pack Cows, Innovation, Experimentation, Meeting People, Opening Doors, Spreading the Love (interpret however you wish!).I work as a live sound/lighting engineer covering all types of music and have spent the last few years touring around the UK working sound for some of the most random bands around and at a Live music venue/theatre in Bromsgrove called "Artrix" (stands for Arts Matrix! haha! Oh the new age innovation!). I have recently started working for DMX productions, a company based in Birmingham providing sound/lighting technical support to some of the biggest clubs in Birmingham. I am a Resident DJ for the Sexual Allstars (Kaiser SaySo and Lopan) playing a range of music from epic orchestral breaks to glitchy destructive hardcore mayhem with many influences such as:- a bit of funk, some reggae, a touch of dirty house/techno with some DnB and pretty much anything else. My latest discovery in the world of music is "noise". It's great! and noisey! ------------------------------------------------------------ ---------------------------------------------------------- Heres the geeky bit!... I use slightly different equipment from some other DJ's as I feel it lets me experiment more freely with what I do. My equipment comprises of:- 2 Pioneer CDJ800's,a Stanton SA-3 scratch mixer, a Yamaha 01V Digital Console, a mac running Logic Audio and Ableton Live plus some other effects and stuff... The plan is to get it all up and running to play live with but i'm constantly messing around with different configurations and have yet to find the perfect one to use everything at the same time.
