About Me

How's it going? I'm Chris, a 21 year old Philosophy major. I'm persuing a life in full time ordained ministry, but please don't think me a prude. I really like sharing with people about how great God is and how he plays a role in our lives. Everyone is different and so God has a different role -- a different purpose -- to unfold in each of us. I like finding out what that role is with other people and if I can help them along the way, then so be it. But don't think I limit and restrict the conversation solely to the topic of God or religion. I enjoy talking about almost anything -- music, movies, current events, ethics, history -- you name it. Easy listener, fun to talk with, and recently went off the dating availability market thanks to a wonderful and amazing girl named Ashley. Honey, I apologize if I just overstepped my boundaries, but I'm just so darn happy and proud. Oh, and to clarify -- over on the left it says that I do drink. I drink in moderation because, in my opinion, that's the only way to drink. I clarify so you do not get the impression of, "Oh, he's 21 and a college student at FSU -- he's a binge drinker and a hard partier." With that said, any questions? Ask away -- I'd love to chat with ya...

My Interests

Hiking, camping, traveling, playing a little guitar, enjoying time w/ my friends & family, spending time getting to know new people, and not taking a single minute for granted 'cause there's only so much time God has given us. . .

I'd like to meet:

What is that about? I'd like to meet whoever would like to meet me!! I'm a social guy...so long as time allows me to be :-)

Music:

This part could take a while. . .I'm into anything that tickles my ear's fancy, but to be specific for a minute, I'll say Dispatch, Dashboard Confessional, REM, Peter Gabriel, Jeff Buckley, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Jack Johnson, Fishbone, Five Iron Frenzy, OAR, Dave Mathews, Sister Hazel, Ari Hest, Less Than Jake, Catch-22, O.C. Supertones, and a great deal of ska music (I'm on a kick right now). . .Pretty much anything, but I especially enjoy acoustic pieces. . .they're so soothing. . .

Movies:

What's in the drawer. . .The Breakfast Club, Braveheart, 10 Things I Hate About You, Camp Nowhere, The Negotiator, PCU, Saved, Animal House, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Out Cold, In The Army Now (I miss Pauly Shore), The Replacements, Dogma, The Royal Tenenbaums, The Life Aquatic (Wes Anderson rocks my face!), Inside Man. . .yeah, those are only a few. .
