The Burj Dubai is a supertall (300 meters) skyscraper currently being built in Dubai. Although the exact height hasn't been released, the tower is projected to be ~818 meters. This will far surpass all building (Taipei 101), freestanding structure (CN Tower), and even guyed mast (KVLY Mast) height records, making the Burj, by a large margin, the tallest man-made structure in the world ever built.

The burj is now approximately 620 meters, and 160 floors. It has surpassed the CN Tower to become the tallest freestanding structure, and is nearing surpassing the KLVY Mast (629 meters) to become the tallest man-made structure.
