I was born in Mexico City may 11 1983 and I have been playing guitar for a quite a bit now. I like all styles of music. As long as it sounds cool to me, it's good enough. I grew up listening to a lot of rock music (i'm a gutiar player, remember), but then i discovered classical guitar, and later jazz, funk, blues, electro, pop etc...I have played with a lot of bands and have done some studio work, and also have composed music for a couple of short films. Studies- Instituto Tecnologico de la Musica with MI graduate Alfredo Martinez. Classical guitar with Guillermo Gonzalez Phillips, who is maybe, the greatest influence i've ever had. He is just the best guitar player I have ever seen. Academia de Musica Fermatta in Mexico City for 3 and a half years where I learned the basics of being a professional musician. Los Angeles Music Academy, which was the best experience i've had so far. Teachers like Jeff Richman, Frank Gambale, Bill Fowler, Art Renshaw, Matt Star, Steve Billman and Mike Shapiro, among others, made me change my perception of music.
