Passionate about chocolate - the art of consuming it, that is!

About Me

PIN-JI - alternatively known as PJ, Pin, Pinch, Pinchy, PinG, Pingy, a Chinese Singaporean female born under the sign of Libra on 14 Oct 1985.
I'd describe myself to be (usually) extroverted - loud with ppl im very comfortable with, but known to be demure in front of those im not. Don't shoot me for saying that, for some of your parents could attest to it. Hahaha. Yeah, so I laugh alot and sometimes yakk too much, but also know when it's time to shut up. Im hyper at most times, and hope that I have more than 24hrs a day so that I won't have to relegate sleep to be a "time-wasting activity".
My friends claim that I have an active imagination, which sometimes plays the devilish role when I worry too much and become the pessimist. Some say I can be too idealistic, which could be a good or bad thing again, depending on the aspects and how you look at it. Im not one to bear grudges, coz I don't believe in attaching too much time and emotion to negative stuff. What's the point? We grow out of them anyway.
Now that I've graduated, I have big dreams, one of which is getting well-paid for writing and meeting people from all walks of life. I'd like to have the opportunity to live independently abroad for a period of time too, so that I can have more to write about, and more people to meet. I urge everyone to try whatever they want once, before they grow too old (in terms of time or physical ability). Im striving towards that myself.

My Interests

Music, writing, travelling, reading, dance, CHOCOLATE anythingus, green tea, record stores, bookstores, airports, trains, theme parks, Español, old skool games like Tetris & Minesweeper (yeah. haha.)

I'd like to meet:

- Real people whom I can hold meaningful conversations with, yet go crazy with when the opportunity calls for it.

- Those who are as obsessed with seeing the world as I am.

- Ian Thorpe. I've always looked up to him for his drive in achieving goals that others of his age haven't been able to accomplish, yet he remains humble.

- Someone who can understand my babble on my self-devised methodology to accurately calculate world timings. (Believe me, it REALLY works!)

- On a sidenote, I'd always wanted to meet Angelica Pickles of Rugrats' fame, but I think I might have met her already.

All of a sudden, I'm beginning to wonder if I'm that nice a person as I've always thought myself to be.Is it better to be nice (and sometimes fake - due to oppression of actions/verbals), or not-so-ni...
