The International Yacht & Athletic Club has long been known as a refuge in the city of Newport for sailors and their friends. Since 1992, the IYAC (or "AC" for short) has been the home for many of the world's most famous, and infamous, yachtsmen. Located in the heart of Yachting Village on Lower Thames St. in Newport, the IYAC is open nightly to all members and their guests.
