The Voices Of Judah are an anointed group of worshipers. Anitra Hughes(alto)- Worship Leader, Carla Murphy(soprano), Charlene Murphy(contra-alto), Anthony Murphy Sr.(tenor), Terencio Hughes(tenor), Nancy Love(alto),Timothy Hughes(tenor), Shelia Worthy(soprano). The Voices Of Judah are not your typical Gospel group, they have a unique, electrifying and special anointing. The Voices Of Judah were birthed in early 2006. In the early part of 2006 the Voices Of Judah recorded their first album titled "He Brought Us Out To Bring Us In." The album is a soundtrack to a gospel play by Prophetess Shelia Culp, playwriter and director. In the CD, "I Need Your Help", a slow but edgy ballad, where T. Hughes pleads for God's help while showing off his vocal range it is sure to be a favorite. Next, "Give Him Glory" an urban, beatknocking mid-tempo where Worthy starts off giving God glory and A.Murphy tells everyone to give God some praise. Then, "No Weapon" a cutting edge, contemporary mid-tempo, where A. Hughes proclaims the power the Lord has given us. Then the CD's title "He Brought Us Out To Bring Us In" is a traditional yet edgy slow tempo song, which is sure to be a classic,lead by A. Hughes. "Here I Am" is a slow, r&b ballad, lead by Worthy which is also sure to be a favorite. "Celebrate" a fast-tempo song laced with brass, strings and latin percussion, which is lead by A.Hughes, it is sure to be a church anthem. And last, the classic "Your Easy To Love" newly arranged by A. Hughes who also leads it, is sure to have everyone dancing. With the Voices Of Judah tight harmony on every track this is a must have.
