About Me

Over the course of the past year, I personally have lost approximately 60 lbs (from 230 down to 165-170), and feel absolutely great! I have more energy now than i've ever had and I truly feel like i'm in the best shape of my life (and only getting stronger) at 32 years old, and therefore have dedicated myself to not only personally staying in great physical shape, but assisting others in setting and achieving their own fitness goals, as well.
Special thanks to Lupe (top friends) for helping me stay motivated and for keeping me on a consistent workout routine during those tough early stages when i really didn't want to get into the gym. I don't know what i would have done without you, bro.
Also, thanks to Dr. Goodbody (top friends), who's body recomposition system enabled me to add 7 pounds of muscle in the 2 and a half week period that i've been working with you. Your workouts and program are the bomb!!
Served 3 years in the Navy onboard the USS Elliot, stationed in San Diego, CA, where i was able to travel abroad to such cool places as Australia (Sydney and Perth), Hawaii, Japan, Singapore, Canada, and Mexico.
Went to school at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, NM where i majored in Marketing and was the Student Assistant of Marketing and Promotions for the NMSU Athletic Dept. (Go Aggies)
