I've been incredibly busy. It's been unreal. When someone asks me how everything's been, I feel like there's a flashing neon sign somewhere above my head that reads "Jennie hopes fervently to someday have a real life!"I'm a writer, a musician, an artist and a wannabe vegetarian. In a perfect world, I would be somewhere away from here, spending my time teaching literature and photographing landscapes and city lights...maybe even finishing some of those songs I began, finally learning the fingerings for different chords on my nary-used guitar, and singing on some street-corner just for the joy of it. Or, maybe I'll work at the Seattle's Best Border's Cafe as a Ninja Barista forever, and when that one little kid who asked for more Oreo crumbles on the top of his kid's cookie javakula (don't worry, child, next time I'll give you lots and lots of Oreo crumbles)...(laughs evilly), I will be sure to smile less sadistically. Or perhaps I'll be a Meijer distribution center vegetable forever...someday, Dave, I will be the Queen Tomato! Yes, I have two jobs, and I also go to school.
