SCV ALUMNI HEADQUARTERS

We are alumni of the greatest, classiest and most respected drum and bugle corps of all time...the Santa Clara Vanguard. This page was built for all alumni of SCV and the SCVC. Others are welcome to join. But this is made to be a hangout for all of those who put in the long hot summers, the blood, sweat, and tears for SCV. For those who well up with tears every time you hear "Send In The Clowns." For those who, after your last finals, left everything you had (including your shoes) on that field. For those, like me, who remember and miss Gail Royer. The man who told me that, "If you quit now, you will quit on everything hard in life." I have never forgotten that. And I use that thought every day."You watch finals on TV. 'Cool, that group made a circle, and that group made a square.' Then you get to SCV. 'That group made a circle, and they look like they are going to punch me in the face."
