Born in Detroit in the 60s, raised in the deep south. I am John- a much loved son of the Father! I am dad to Bobby and Brian, Garvy's hubby, Wanda and Gilbert's son and brother to whole assortment of Strouds. Spent seven amazing years in Indonesia(Bali and Yogya) working with kids from all around the world who are now adults.
I am radically committed to my faith in Christ and want to spend the rest of my life letting Him live His life in and through me! Currently, I'm spending the best hours of my day doing what I love most- helping other people experience relationship with God ( www.odbclife.org ). I live in Northern Virginia, not far from Washington DC.
