We'd have probably done the same to you, if you'd come 'round our place.

About Me

I LOVE music, and movies. Mostly older stuff though, like nosferatu, alien series, Ziggy Stardust, Freddy Mercury, and Annie Lennox. I also like to hear new stuff too, like the Darkness. Apparently I like Greenday too, didn't see that one comming...http://ryugus.blogspot.com
Don't forget to leave comments on my blog! Also going to school to be a programmer, cuz C is yummy. I want to learn Ruby, perl, java...ok, just teach me all of them!

My Interests

Being outdoors, computers, music, movies...and coffee!I also enjoy, ironically enough, writing in my blog. If only mom could see me now!

I'd like to meet:

Fun, quirky people, though if you've no perspicacity don't dare send a message. I have no driving desire to converse with someone who cannot even form proper sentences, let alone those who think 'GED' is a band. Not into hookups either, get over it. And for God's sake, don't just send random friend requests! At least send a message first.

Music:

Queen, Bowie, The Darkness, Annie Lennox, Blue Man Group, Garth Brooks, the Stones, Don Henley, Styx, Weird Al, Panic! At the Disco, Etc...

Movies:

Wow, so many to list! I like Blade Runner, Alien, StarTrek, The man who fell to Earth, and anything with Chaplain (City Lights was great, so was The Kid. Limelight was f'ing amazing!). I know, odd combo. I love film noir, sci-fi, horror (Nosferatu, Bram Stokers' Dracula), and b flicks (Like Dog Soldiers).

Television:

Television is nothing more than a waste of an otherwise rich media of communication. It could have been used as the radio was in it's zenith, if you'll excuse the subtle pun. Instead it's used as a medium for forced pop-ups, bad news, and otherwise pointless dribble. What a waste.

Books:

I honestly don't know if I could list a favorite book. The DaVinci Code was great, Ender's Game, A Wrinkle in Time taught me much about fourth dimensional thinking, swiftly tilting planet was a great sequel. There are many others, ask about them sometime.

Heroes:

Those who know me, and well, will note that everything around me influences me. I can't really nail down one solid influence, save for one, who is no longer with us and will go unnamed. My close friends know who he is, that is enough. To me, a hero is someone who has his ethics in place, and sufficient personal integrity to keep them there. If this fits you, you are certainly worthy of admiration.

Good Ol' Willie

I'm kinda tired of hearing people say Shakespeare is boring, so I thought I'd share a couple of my favorite quotes. These are both from 'Much Ado about Nothing'. Benedic is a character I really identi...
