Krista Grotte carries a heavy load in a movie that is nearly a one woman show, although she does have the disembodied (or is it?) voice of Joel D Wynkoop to play off of. They make a terrific pair and deliver fantastic perfomances. A tough subject is handled with a good mixture of humor and suspense. You won't be able to look away. When you get the chance, see this movie.

It was most excellent catching up with Krista, excited about the Tampa Bay premiere of her new movie Death on Demand. The producers flew Krista to upstate New York for the filming after they were bowled over by her performances and memorable looks from several local horror films. Now, Death on Demand is making the festival rounds and is possibly headed for distribution, and who better to help promote awareness than Krista Grotte?

in addition to many infomercials and my favorite:LOTS MORE FILMS!! I have been featured on an hour segment on Bubba the Lovesponge, The Fisher and Boy Show on 97X and The Ron and Ian Show. I have great things in the works that I won't mention...yet. However, I am happy to do what I love- Legally. See, there is a side of us in every character we play. FILTHY received a terrific 9/10 review in the new British horror magazine SCREAM-4-ME (formerly titled "The Scream" magazine) published by Mark Sesin. Sesin writes "[Filthy is] quite simply a fantastic movie". Actress KRISTA GROTTE ("Pussey" from "Filthy") is also featured in the magazine, in a terrific interview. Excerpt from my racksnrazors Interview by Owen Keehnen: Owen: Okay, we're pulling the car into the Krista Grotte drive in. What three Horror Flicks are on the triple bill tonight and what goodies are they going to be serving at the concession stand??Krista: The three Horror Flicks consist of; The Devil's Rejects, cause that is one of my favorites, where we will be serving "Chinese-Japanese-dirty knees-look at these..fried eggs." Natural Born Killers will be served with the "How fuckin sexy am I now cop...Donuts." The scene where Mallory beats the cops ass- LOVE that part!! Can't forget Fahrenheit 9/11-great horror flick in my opinion, we will be serving the politician platter with that one.

I am not what people expect when they meet me- so don't expect me to be walking around wearing a slingshot. I talk like a trucker, tend to be a little rough around the edges and have no fear when it comes to people. I love to live in the moment. Through film and writing, I get to "therapize" myself.I need a good brawl every now and again, so give me a good fight scene and it is on!! Don't get me wrong- I have a big heart too. I love to help those in need. I could spend all day in a homeless shelter and feel right at home,I could also spend all day at a top of the line shoot and feel right at home. I formerly worked with severely schizophrenic adults on a co-ed unit, in the hood overnight by myself. Then I worked with troubled adolescents. After performing takedowns ona daily basis I was getting really bruised up- which is no big deal, until I had to shoot. I respect people who are not filled with envy and greed-take a fuckin walk if that's you.I am not your average "girl". I am like a chameleon, I guess that makes me good (or at least love) what I do!!!!!!
