Blessed are the peacemakers.

About Me

Well, let's see.

I'm a musician (and occasionally, a DJ ), writer and visual artist fixed firmly in that frozen chronological netherworld (neither-world?) between vibrant youth and stagnant middle age.

My main projects right now are my rock band ( The Sluggos ), my country trio ( The Huddlers ) and producing an internet radio show called Background Noise , which is in heavy rotation at WSUiR . And I'm currently president of the board of Fisch Bowl, Inc. , a non-profit arts organization.

I have an online shop called The Air Capital Superstore where I sell t-shirts, mugs, mousepads, ballcaps, jerseys, baby doll tees, hoodies, clocks, journals, postcards, posters, dog clothes and other merch, all plastered with my own designs (and some by other folks as well). You can also get my "best of" album Pop Machine! there. All proceeds go to fund my decadent, depraved lifestyle.

I'm into vintage cars & motorcycles (currently rockin' a 1968 Mercedes-Benz 220 and a 1970 Honda CL450), bubblegum music, Buddhist philosophy, scratch baking, cartoons (except anime), politics, poker, poke-her, Man Ray, Syd Barrett, Jack Kerouac, Ian Fleming and Mitch Hedberg (R.I.P.)...in no particular order.

Turn-ons: Brazen women, milk chocolate, station wagons, hookahs, truth, justice, the American Whey.
Turn-offs: People who call me "Mike," raisins in baked goods, slow drivers who are unfamiliar with the concept of the turn signal, people who say "NOOK-ya-lur," imperialism, Creed, hypocrites of all stripes, sauerkraut.

Life's short, and I aim to cram as much living into it as I can.
