Ball 4 Life - VA Edition, is a group of young men, based out of the 757, who form one of the illest streetball teams in all of the land. We have players representing Norfolk, VA. Beach, Chesapeake, Hampton & Newport News...as well as a few out of towners from Philly and Jersey. Not too mention our affiliates from New York City. We pride ourselves on being able to play this game of basketball in any aspect, be it on the blacktop or in a gym under the whistle. As evident by so many of our players who have gone on to play D-1 and semi-pro ball. Our name is self explanatory and it says all that you need to know about us. We love this game of basketball and intend on playing as long as the Good Lord puts air in our bodies. We've been reppin the streetball scene since the mid 90s and have been seen on some of the original AND1 Mix tapes, the AND1 Mix Tape Tours season on ESPN 2, Legends of Streetball DVDs, the Sprite Remix Tour, the X-Over Entertainment tour, as well as many local tournaments, leagues, and special event games throughout the greater Tidewater area. Some of our players, such as one of the VA founders - Pooh Keyes, have traveled to play in some of the best streetball tourneys in Philly and NYC and have held it down. while others, such as T. Gray and D. Johnson, went on to do their thing on the Collegiate level. We also have 4 young fellas who are all currently playing D-1 ball. We've got it all; high flyers, ball handlers, power players, finesse players, pure shooters, fundamentalist, and most importantly.......HEART. To put it simply....we are ball players...for life.
