Life is a great adventure... or nothing

About Me

There are only two kinds of men in the world – those who run shit like me, and those who eat shit like others. LOL! I know it's a little condescending. Honestly, I don't know why I typed that. Perhaps a quote from Blaise Pascal would best explain: "Le coeur a ses raisons que la raison ne connaît pas." It translates – "Excuse me mademoiselle but I just farted discreetly so let us move to another place." LMAO...Anyway, I have a confession to make. I'm a huge Narcissist. I know, there's nothing wrong with loving yourself. But how can you reframe other people's negative limiting beliefs if you don't happen to love & respect yourself? You know what happens when you don't love & respect yourself? You get sucked into other peoples model of reality. You become depressed. You start thinking that life's a bitch. You become a walking zombie or social robots with no real passion in life. You go through life thinking, "Life sucks but I must survive." You see life as a goal for survival. And that's what separates me from the rest. I'm not another worker bee drone who is plodding through life just trying to SURVIVE. I'm LIVING. There's a big difference.I'm holding on to a belief with a firm grasp that our only real goal in life is to LIVE and LOVE. Not survive but to live, there's a negative implication with "Survive". Surviving is for losers. And with that, everything else is secondary. As long as YOU believe and love what you're doing, and you are a happy, fun, well-rounded, empathic person, it really doesn't matter what other people think of you. You win for you, you know why? Because a man don't go spending his day sitting his ass around waiting for good things to come. Blessings don't magically fall on your lap like manna from heaven. The universe doesn't work that way. You're a man. You go out there to run shit and make things happen! Amen! (Confetti starts falling...)"The heart has reasons that reason knows not of." – Blaise Pascal. That's what it really meant with the french quote up there. LOL! I was just fcuking around with the first one.
