- I occasionally have this vivid, freaky but peaceful dream where i practice floating outside my house. That's when i started writing about breathing controls flying. Then i realized, it's called astral projection. Wow.
- My dad told me my mom named me after the dead vocalist from Lynyrd Skynyrd - Cassie Gaines who died with her guitarist brother Steve Gaines and founding member Ronnie Van Zant on a plane crash during that Lynyrd Skynyrd tour in South Carolina. Dad showed me the Live concert album, The Vicious Cycle Tour, dedicated in memory of the fallen members.
