I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

This is my 27th year hosting 'Sounds Of The Emerald Isle' radio show on WXBR 1460am (formerly WBET) in Brockton Massachusetts. We play Irish Music & Comedy and Folk Songs.

Dale Morris and I are on every Sunday from 4:05 - 6pm (Eastern USA time). You can listen 'live' locally on the radio or listen anywhere in the world on the internet.

To listen to this show 'live' on the internet (or any other show on WXBR Radio Station), go to: www.1460wxbr.com Click the 'Listen Live' section on top of the page.

I also have an internet broadcast of Irish Music which runs on the internet 24/7 with 20 hours of Irish Music (and usually includes the past 3 shows from WXBR Radio). To listen to this broadcast, go to: www.IrishRadio.Homestead.com Click the 'START BUTTON' where it says 'Listen to Irish Music 24 hours a day'. It should bring you to my 'Live 365' broadcast page.

If you sing Irish Music, Scottish or Folk Songs and would like 'airplay' on these programs, send an e-mail to: [email protected]

To visit the main web page, go to: www.IrishRadio.Homestead.com

Music:

Irish, Folk, Oldies and Celtic Music are my favorites. Also like Country, Big Band and just about anything (as long as it's music).

Movies:

Great Escape, It's A Mad Mad Mad Mad World, The Russians Are Coming, Stalag 17, Columbo

Television:

FOX News, Cold Case Files, Old Combat TV Show from the 60's,

Books:

Not a big reader of books. I do enjoy all of Joel Whitburn's books on recorded music. There are two books I love: 1. 'The Mountain Of The Women' by Liam Clancy. 2. 'Clancy Brothers - Men Behind The Sweaters' by Conor Murray

Heroes:

My Dad
