Bo_JAH

Bojan a.k.a. Mighty Bo_JAH was born in Belgrade on December 22nd, 1979. Bo_JAH's career began in 1996, when he joined New Belegrade's hard core/cross over band as a bass playa. After two years, he quits and takes 4 years long break, and in 2002. becomes a co-founder of reggae band Mighty Movaz, switching from bassist to lead singer.
In the meantime, in 2003. Bo_JAH and Igor a.k.a Choop started home production project named Krophnosis, which can be taken as a fusion of d'n'b, dub, and hip-hop sounds combined into dynamic unity.
In 2005. and 2006, Mighty Movaz became very succesfull and aknowleged in domestic reggae scene, and great gigs took place at Palic Trenchtown Festival, at Belgrade Youth Cultural Center and finally at Belgrade's Student Cultural Center), supporting Eek A Mouse, one of the greatest reggae artists from Jamaica.
At the same time when Mighty Movaz was becoming a respectable name on the Serbian reggae scene, Bo_JAH gained more interest in drum'n'bass elements so along side D.J. Puti, D.J. Shadoon and D.J. Wasted Youth a.k.a. CyPunk, initiated forming of Broterhood In Arms crew. All started very slowly, with no big expectations, just a couple of friends hangin' out and enjoying d'n'b tracks, and ended up with B.I.A. crew being resident at club Spin in Zemun and club Namaste, in Belegrade's downtown. After some time Bo_JAH musical career was taking a higher ground, and being attracted to harder sound, he joined newly formed cross over/metal band F.A.Q. as an MC. He brought hip-hop, reggae and drum'n'bass elements, making their sound more forward and progressive. He also featured few tracks on Good Eye Closed's album, Warld.
At the beginning of 2007. Bo_JAH took part in Codex Reprezents drum'n'bass parties at club Akademija, and also played with Codex @ Exile and Mamolo. Finally, in october 2007. he starts to rehearse with Codex, who practically introduced drum'n'bass to Serbia, and makes a significant break in his career as an MC, becoming known name at the domestic d'n'b scene. Working with Codex crew (Toxic_. And Phase_.) gave him opportunity to perform along side greatest names of the world's drum'n'bass, like Klute and D_Bridge [ex Bad Company], and with respectable dj's of the Serbian scene such as Rahmanee, Kinetik, Ivan Gogoski, Bitz, Side 1, Necone, Worke, Oki, 2bearqloza, Timmy, Natural, Shiny D, and also Game Over from Macedonia.
