I am a middle aged woman who hangs around bars and military bases with the hopes of meeting a future husband who will support me financially and take me away from my job at the paper factory. I am especially interested in "officer candidates" because I want to travel and get away from the little shack I rent and my step father who drinks and stares a lot. I also want to show my mother that I am marriage worthy since my own real father wouldn't marry her, leaving her to a life of working in the paper factory as well. Sometimes I make believe that I am pregnant in order to trap a man into marrying me but it never seems to work since I have been in menopause for a year now and it's getting harder and harder to convince guys that I am only 23. I love being used and forgotten as long as I can go to a catillion every now and again or a motel room or for a couple of drinks. I will do or say anything to leave my home town and be somebodies wife. Someday I hope to go crazy and give in to my auditory and visual hallucinations so that I can frolick in the meridian during midday traffic and later be institutionalized in a county facility.
