My Interests

Writing, fitness, movies, long walks, city life and culture. Coffee drinking (A LOT) Reading, writing again, then rewriting the crap I thought was good the first time.

I'd like to meet:

Anyone here to network with a serious writer. I love cool, easy going people. My life revolves around film, books, food, sports. My friends are all Artist, film buffs, etc. I'm also available for speaking engagements at film festivals, colleges, and performing arts schools. email me at [email protected]

Music:

Anything by Common, The Roots, Mos Def, De la Soul, A tribe called quest (there old stuff's still hittin) White stripes, The secret machines, Coldplay. Honestly, anyone creative enough to avoid the cliche': Rims, girls, money, bling. Yadda yadda yadda....

Movies:

I'm a big Brian De Palma fan. But some of my faves are classics by Kubrick (The shining) Steven Speilberg (Close encounters. Oh, and how could I not mention Scarface. The list goes on...

Television:

Television sucks! Read a friggin book. Especially if it has my name on the cover!

Books:

Anything by Ed Mcbain aka Evan Hunter. (Candy Land, Hark, Fat Ollies Book, Nocturne) Stephen King (Nightmares and dreamscapes, Everything's eventual, The regulators) Harlan Coben (Raw Deal) Chuck Palahniuk (Choke, Lullaby) and many others. I like classic authors as well; Steinbeck and Hemingway are my two faves.

Heroes:

My daughter.
