DUBFUNK

Dubfunk is yet another fresh and exciting name coming through and with releases such as 'Cruel' and 'Mandala' coming out on the likes of Audio Therapy and Mashtronic the support has been coming thick and fast from the likes of John Digweed, Tiesto, Roger Sanchez, Armin van Buuren, Sander Kleinenberg, Herna Cattaneo and Laurent Garnier.

it is no coincidence that he is now a prominent figure of Global Underground. GU has trusted him with the elaboration of 4 compiled Cd’s and has effectively given him a strong turning point in his career as his original productions and remixes reached n°1 spots in the global club charts.

Currently, much of his time is taken up as one of the most consistent performers on the globetrotting DJ circuit, his long artistic mixes between Electro, Progressive and Breaks, creating loops & sequences along with his energy and charisma whilst on the decks truly makes him a real performer, born to entertain.

His new smash 'Eternal Rhapsody' is scheduled for July 08 release through Audio Therapy.

Dubfunk is undoubtly one of the global rising stars at the moment, getting positive acclaims as a dj, remixer & producer, recognized by his unique sound by dj's & clubbers from around the globe. His ambitions have no limits to reach.

JORIS VOORN

Hailing from Rotterdam in the Netherlands, Joris is without doubt one of the hottest techno acts in the world right now, playing the biggest clubs and Festivals the world over and having his records revered and regularly spun by the likes of Carl Craig, Kenny Larkin, Kevin Saunderson, Rob Hood, Laurent Garnier, Sven Vath, Steve Bug, Slam, Alex Smoke and Funk D'Void amongst a host of others. With hot-as-mustard previous releases ..note, Rejected, Technasia's Sino imprint, Sound Architecture, Music Man and now Green, his productions have captured the imagination of DJs, dancefloors and the public at large. His 'Joris Voorn presents Fuse' mix CD released for the famous Belgium club is one of the tightest and most original mix compilations of our time, and his now infamous Resident Advisor podcast was voted the Best Podcast Of 2007 - with RA calling it "A silky smooth ride through deep house, techno and warm ambience". In 2007 Joris released a highly-acclaimed new album called ‘From A Deep Place’, featuring many different styles of electronic music ranging from atmospheric interludes to broken beats, house and deep soulful techno. It was received enthusiastically by the electronic music community at large.

He is equally renowned for his remix work, Steve Angello, Kevin Saunderson, Paul Kalkbrenner, Nic Fanciulli, Slam, Secret Cinema, Justin Berkovi and Alexander Kowalski, to name a few, have asked him to put together remixes for them.

As a DJ and live performer Joris travels the globe. He performs around all of Europe, Asia and the USA.

JØRGENSEN

Holland based Jørgensen got bitten by the Dance bug in the early 90’s and started organizing club nights in The Netherlands. From then on it was just a small step to get behind the decks, he quickly became a highly respected DJ recognized for his groundbreaking sets, spinning parties out of control. Along the way his musical preference changed from Deep House to Electro House.

In the studio, Jørgensen has been equally passionate and Summer 2007 saw his electro stormer 'Untitled' causing a stir on the global club scene, with reactions nothing short of outstanding. An excellent release for Toolroom, with Jørgensen showing how phat, stompy electro house should be done, his sound fits nicely into what you would expect from the label.

Recent offering 'I Don't Care' is big stabs, chromed beats and the all essential killer basslines, it comes with a killer Deadmau5 remix and a vocal mix by gorgeous new girls on the block, The Beauty Skool Dropouts, it is set to be released shortly by NEWS Records in the BeNeLux and in Spain by Blanco Y Negro.

Jørgensen has just finished remixing Superbass new single 'Solution' (Toolroom), also has had a stab at Daley Padley & Jon Johnston's' NuSkool'(Suesse) and Mike Polo’s ‘I luv u baby’ (Chugger Tracks/Warner). Next is Robbie Rivera's 'Gotta Have House' (Juicy Records)

His abilities are not limited to producing; he is also a skilled dj with experience performing for crowds all over the world. He has a way of combining cutting edge grooves with crowd pleasing dynamics that enable him to connect with his audience. Jørgensen rocks the place everywhere he plays !

For 2008, Jørgensen has definitely raised the bar high. With new tunes in the works, he will take a new approach to electronic dance music as a dj and producer.

the future looks to be an exciting global adventure for Jørgensen !
