So the idea behind the picture below was that I was supposed to get a free t-shirt from Vintage Vantage if I posted it on my MySpace...but they ignored me and sent Jeff a shirt instead. I thought that it was maybe because my MySpace profile was so plain. So I decided to decorate. Yeah. I think I'm going to take another picture of me wearing one of my other Vintage Vantage shirts and put it up here. Maybe that will convince them?

Basically, I'm an art nerd with no particular talent in any one area, although I've been told I really know how to tie a room together. If I hadn't met my wonderful husband, I might have gone on to continue my education in art & design...but instead I've stumbled into a particularly satisfying marketing career.
My husband is my partner in crime, but we are blessed to have a great group of friends and awesome families that we get to share. I love my sisters and brothers (I have 2 now that I'm married), and appreciate the fact that we can all be friends. My only pet right now is a turtle named Big Head. We don't know if it is a boy or a girl, so we just call him a him.
I love San Diego, but I fantasize about living in Hawaii one day. Maybe when we retire.
I've recently reverted to having portions of funny colored hair, because I can actually get away with it at my job. And I've started exercising, which I said I would never do. We'll see how long both of those last, but I've kept up with both for a while.
The only thing I have a materialistic weakness for is shoes and vintage purses. And a really awesome beer.
