Does music set the mood, or does the mood set the music?
I’ve been living in the same quiet village all my life (except for one year when I went to university – that year doesn’t count cause it sucked.) living here with nothing much to do, like everyone else here in sunny Groeslon, I play video games, I’ve been interested in movies for ages.
Been playing piano since I was 14 (reached grade 4). At age 16 or 17 I heard a punk rock song “the kids aren’t alright†by The Offspring – I closed the piano and picked up the guitar.
Wrote a few Angst songs – tried to form a band – tried to make a noise in Groeslon. After hearing a band called Muse, I’ve restarted on the piano again, learning as many Muse songs as I can.
I’ve really gotten in to movie sound tracks and am currently experimenting in composing some of my own (Influenced by Rob Dugan’s “Clubbed to Deathâ€, Hans Zimmer, Harry Gregson-Williams.)

I have a small recording studio at the back of the house, I still haven’t purchased all the equipment yet – but I’ve got enough to get by. I have already recorded a vocal artist who provided his own backing tracks (not the type of music I was in to, but worth the money.)
I would love to record some more of my own songs and anything Rocking for a band as a demo for them.
I’m hoping to carry on with music and expand my knowledge in the field.
