Molly G Duo

About Me

MOLLY G are a male/female duo who have performed together since early 2005 and play a wide range of music ranging from the 50s to current day. Claire and Roger like to vary their style from Rock to Country, Jazz, Pop Classics, Rock ‘n Roll, Ballads and fast to slow. Whether the audience is listening or dancing, formal or informal, the variety of music and personality will certainly entertain them. Molly G is Claire’s first Professional musical act and she brings to it a lively stage presence, enthusiasm and style, together with lead vocal deliveries from ballads to rock. In addition she sings harmony to Roger’s lead vocals and provides percussive support in her own inimitable way. Claires style and looks make her a head turner, which together with her vocal talents help to give Molly G that vital edge. Roger has been a guitarist and vocalist for many years and contributes a wealth of professional experience to Molly G, whether he is taking lead vocals, hammering out sizzling guitar solos or harmonising with Claire. Roger has worked with countless named acts over the years and has won many admirers with his guitar and vocal skillls and laconic style. MOLLY G provide a full band sound, with carefully prepared midi backings, fronted by double lead and harmony vocals, electric and acoustic guitars and percussion. Their 2Kw Peavey sound system and small lighting rig is suitable for almost any venue.
