About Me

First of all, I try to live my life for God. He is the reason that we are here and he is my rock and my fortress. We all fall short of the glory of God and that's okay because Jesus died on the cross for our sins. They are forgiven so that we may have eternal life in heaven. Not only can we be born again christians, but the bible says that we will be saints in heaven on the right hand of God(isn't that awesome?!) Anyways, moving on about me... I am a very career-oriented person. I worked as a cook/chef in one of Louisville's oldest fine dining restaurants and am a bartender at the Rock Bar/Tengo Sed Canteena. I like to think of myself as an outgoing person. I always seem to be on the run with no time left for myself. One of my major struggles is that i am too independent. I need to just stop serving others all of the time and sit back and allow myself to be served. I really enjoy hanging out with my friends whenever i have the chance. God has blessed me with the best friends anyone could ever ask for. It is really hard to find one or two people to be able to talk to and be "real" with but i am blessed with over a handful. I attend church at the Highland Vineyard on Sunday mornings and Southeast Christian at night. On Tuesday nights I go to "Encounter" at Northside Christian in New Albany whenever I'm not working. Some of my hobbies are surfing, riding my motorcycle, and cooking. I know after reading this you may be thinking that I'm pretty hardcore about my faith. Well, yes, I am but don't be intimidated by that. I'm not a "bible beater" and I'm not going to force anything on you. That being said...I THINK IT'S COOL THAT SOME PEOPLE JUST WANT TO ADD ME AS A FRIEND BUT IF I DON'T KNOW YOU OR HAVE NEVER TALKED TO YOU, PLEASE SEND ME A MESSAGE AND LET ME KNOW YOUR INTENTIONS. My goal is to move to the west coast and work in a few fine dining restaurants and eventually own my own restaurant. Why the west coast? For all that don't know me...I love the ocean(as does most people). I love the weather and the lifestyle. I am the complete opposite from my high school years. I wasn't the most popular kid. I tried to be what i thought everybody wanted me to be and i wasn't. I have now found my true self. I'm usually full of energy and goofy. I love being different and most of all, i love being me.I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4
