Wow, these "about me" questions really can make your first impression of me either miserable or over rated. I could either sound way too chipper about life, or I could be negative and whine, illustrating a drunken country music song... I mean what a broad question, ABOUT ME!? Well, for starters, I am Janet. I live in a small southern town, Ringgold, GA. (It is a suburb off of Chattanooga TN). I grew up in the suburbs of Birmingham, AL. I have fond memories of that part of the world, Birmingham, where I grew up, it is where I learned to love, party, hate, remain patient, deal with great losses, make enduring friendships, and all the other crap you usually learn where you grew up. Anyway, a time comes where you need to move forward, leave the love for a life you have always known, due to the demons who might never allow you to change. So, here I am today. Who would have known it, I am married to a man who is amazing and strives for my happiness, I have a two year old daughter who captivates me in every way, I look at her and I finally get it, what life was all about this whole time. Nothing wrong that I ever did mattered to me anymore, the minute I laid eyes on her. Then, I have my token character of this typical suburbia tale, my long hair weeny dog, and his name, no other than, "Token." I did once have a great career, if on that same route I would have so many material things! However, luckily for me, I am not a Material Girl, so my new career, of staying home full time with my Belle, was the best career move for me! I mean, how lucky am I to get to see my child daily, play in the dirt, watch cartoons, and make macaroni art, staying in my pajamas all day if I so desire! Anyway, to make a long section shorter, my personality: I am naive in maney ways, I like to call it "Peter Pan Syndrome," I am childlike in many ways, however I am well rounded too, so I am intellgiant in an immature way, I suppose. I am really sweet natured, and it takes A LOT to set me on edge, but I do speak my mind, in a nice-passive way... I am a little crazy, but not enough to warrant meds, maybe in a, "Hey, Call in to work and let's go to Six Flags tomorrow," kind of crazy. I am very positive, sometimes to a fault. I seemingly have this way of floating through life, but, I try not to stress over the small stuff. I have lived in the south my entire life, and I am a true Southern Bell. Anyway, that is "about me." I know it was a bit lengthy, but hey, I was proactive and took care of some of the questions you may have asked.
