I'm a Southern girl trying to live by faith. I have more questions than answers. I'm adaptable. People say I'm quiet. I'm serious but love to laugh. The number of my cookbooks might make one think I cook a lot but that's not true. Yet. I love town squares, old houses, and antique furniture. I like celebrations for any and every occasion. I want my life to be about redemption, peace, and justice. I love watching peoples' reactions to great things. I almost cry every time I see dads playing with their kids. I'm sensitive. Under no condition will I ice skate. I have 2 cats--but I am not a cat lady. God is better to me than I deserve. I am hopeless without His grace and am disappointed when I depend on anything or anybody else to bring me joy. It's a constant lesson.
