About Me

Amour Morose rose from the ashes of Wretched Spawn, a straight forward deathmetal band with some "deathcore" influence, we as artist realized we didn't want to play uninspired stagnant music anymore, We love brutality and are passionate about it, but we want to use brutality in an artistic form and explore other realms of musical ideas. We are greatly influenced By bands who push the envelope and do not stick to a certain mold just because its a comfortable place to be. The band we are now is a fuzion of Technical Death metal, Grindcore, Prog, Black metal, Hardcore, experiments with Shoegaze, Jazz And everything inbetween. TO SUM IT ALL UP WE LIKE TO CONSIDER OURSELVES A PROGRESSIVE YET BRUTAL DEATHGRIND BAND.The recordings we have up now are from when we were Wretched Spawn, We will be recording all new material in late April at Dirty D studios in Denver, Colorado.
