Just a girl in the world who loves life and the Argentine Tango, the dance of the embrace. I have been dancing tango for over 10 years now. As a trained dancer, I love the stage, performance and have always had a knack for choreography. Apart from the performance aspect, I also dance socially. Argentine Tango in its purest form is an improvised dance shared by two people. The most important elements of the Argentine Tango is connection with your partner through the embrace and dancing with the music. It is my desire that through instruction and hosting guest teachers, I can be an integral part in sharing this amazing dance form with others. Through dance, we come together and with a humble heart work to create and explore. Mastering the Argentine Tango, is an enduring process that can enhance your life! THE ARGENTINE TANGO! My next guest artist, tango sensation Antonio Cervila Junior will be in Los Angeles teaching and performing with me-July 28-August 3. In LA for the first time ever!! My Interests

Apart from tango my main interests are my family and friends. I am interested in improving the current state of affairs whether it be on a universal level or in your own personal patio. Good conversation, wine & food. Other cultures, travel & foreign language. Dance: love to watch dances of the world.

From classical classical to classic rock. Chopin to Don Henley. I like Aretha Franklin, the Housemartins, Elis Regina...Salsa!! Love Caetano Veloso (not when he sings Broadway hits but everything else). Of course tango!! Flamenco too: Tomatito,Paco de Lucia, Camaron de la Isla.

Movies:

Cinema Paradiso, Indochine, Valentin, Sobre Todo mi Madre, Gone with the Wind, Wild at Heart.

Television:

Sex in the City (I worked on this show in NY), Curb your Enthusiasm (also on this show), Seinfeld (not on this one- I wish). I don't have a TV.

Books:

The Fountainhead, Ballerina by Edward Stewart, Breakfast at Tiffany's, In Cold Blood, El Tunel, Les Miserables (I am crazy about Victor Hugo), Cien Anos de Soledad, Don Quijote de la Mancha, La Casa de Los Espiritus, I also like Casares' work.
