ALBUM 'A Change Of Plans' OUT SOON!

About Me

Give us some love!
"You know you want to, you know you really want to!"
The Broadcast forming just over a year ago have already made what can only be described as an 'incredible achievement'. Appearing on local and national radio (BBC RADIO 1) and in local and national press, attending over 75 SHOWS! Playing recognised festivals and exploding onto the local scene, The Broadcast decided it was time to venture further... Now playing and headlining at venues and festivals nationwide their sites set on the big-time.
The lads of this 4 piece Herts/Beds band have played with big names such as MUMM-RA, THE METROS, LUKE PICKETT, METRONOMY, THE DISPLACEMENTS, LOOK SEE PROOF, TONIGHT IS GOODBYE, FURTHEST DRIVE HOME, MY PASSION, SAVING AIMEE, KILL THE ARCADE, WE ARE THE OCEAN and many more...
Already playing to vast crowds at some of the UK's top venues supporting some of the biggest bands, both signed and unsigned, just shows that these lads mean business! Keep an eye and an ear on these guys, we can promise you only brilliant things are going to be happening this year.

News 'n':
Reviews:

THE BROADCAST are a synth based pop/rock four piece from north herts, playing songs combining raw intensity with a strong sense of melody. Look out for these guys making waves in 2008.(DTA)
"PLANS" sounds so great it is quite rare to hear a song quite like this. It is the favourite here at RiotZine. The album will be out soon and if this is the quality of sound coming out of THE BROADCAST then this is one album worth buying in 08.
(****) - (Chris Priseman RiotZine 2008)
"HERTS Based - The Broadcast... Exciting young talent hitting the UKs unsigned scene, and boy have they hit it hard... Pop/Rock driven Guitar, Furiously Dancy Disco Beats and Catchy melodic Brit Harmony hooks give these 4 lads a real edge on your average pop-punk wannabees, look out for this name... its one not to be forgotten!" (ESSEX Gazette)
"Indie POP Princes"
(Beds on sunday)
IN AT THE DEEP END;
"This track from The Broadcast merges an excellent collection of guitar-driven pop/rock and hints of an electronic backing to create a showstopping tune, well executed Vocals and... well... It just works!. Excellent. 5/5" - (HomeSound Magazine)
