In these dark ages of Tampere rock scene, Lowmen rises to deliver honest, groovy and agressive heavy rock to people who believe in the power of riff. With sabbathy riffs and powerfull unique sound they are ready to begin the revolution. Be prepared!
Lowmen was founded in 2004 by Petri (drums) and Marko (vocals). Current line-up was completed with Toni (guitar), Eppe (guitar) and Jussi (bass).
In 2005 they played their first show at Rokkibaari, Turku and recorded their first demo tape "Evil Ego".
Year 2006 was launched with few gigs and recordings of new demo "Strunger". In May they participated in band contest at Kokemäki, Finland and won the whole shit! In October 2006 band signed a record deal with fresh Finnish label EWolution Media .
In January 2007 Lowmen went to studio to record their debut single. With Miitri Aaltonen as a producer they recorded song called â€œMotorâ€ and a new version of their UG hit â€œEvil Egoâ€. Sounds kick some serious ass thanks to Miitri Aaltonen and Mika Jussila /Finnvox!
