About Me

I love this quote;

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.

We ask ourselves, who am I to be - brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?

You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world.

There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so small that other people won't feel insecure around you.

We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in us, it's in everyone.

As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

Marianne Williamson, 1992.

Poetry - Care

Looking into the eyes of your soul;
you walk slowly
deliberately
Feeling your way
without disclosure
bereft of notion
Isolated by fear
Space and freedom encircle you
denying righteousness
relieving you . . . .
Of life, is your desire . . . .
to hold and comfort
by design Retreat - Save - Dare
And then perhaps
CARE !
Karl Smith © June 1990.

Poetry - Just a dream !
Close your eyes and dream
open your mind and feel
reach out your heart and love
love and learn to dream
dream and create a new world
in a new world open your eyes
speak of your dream, so others may
close their eyes
and begin to dream

Poetry - Let no
Let no government stand in the way of its peoples Faith
Let no faith stand in the way of its peoples Freedom
Let no Ideal Confine the Hopes of people
Nor Hopes provide a way to remove peoples Ideals
