I LIVE TO DANCE ON SKATES . . outside . . inline or quad . . along the waterfront . . with butterflies . . reaching for the sky . . in the sunshine. I have discovered a state of "nothingness" in meditation. Love weight training, reaching, stretching, pushing, pulling, day hiking, getting people excited about fitness, 6 AM Yoga, real fast quad-skating at the rink . . I love the NRG life & doin funky expressive stuff . . it helps me stay healthy & sane. Colors affect my mood . . Lavendar, lemon yellow, white, & lime are refreshing. I miss my doggie Mandy Rose . . she was almost 14 . . she was the best friend I ever had.
When you are happy and at peace, your smile will be there without any effort. You will shine and radiate to others that you choose to reach out to. Some of you do this for me . . I feel your ENERGY and become more CONFIDENT in all that I am and all that I do . . . let's all share this with each other and spread a little happiness that can really go a long way. WHO I'D REALLY LIKE 2 MEET . . FRIENDS: So many of us here on earth seem preoccupied. People appear overwhelmed with responsibility, yet everyone keeps expecting and wanting more. There's nothing wrong with trying to be "the best you can be," but not at the expense of overstressing / rushing others who stand in your path or overstressing / rushing those who are responsible for fueling your achievements (individuals whose status is lower than yours on the totem pole). I wish I knew someone who had some time. Is there anyone who is not: preoccupied, overwhelmed, overcommitted, overburdened stuck in tunnel-vision, on a chain . . who really has time & wants to listen and be supportive . . who has TIME to be a genuine friend / companion, who takes time to be courteous towards all people, not just those in which the intention is "to impress." Life is lonesome . . actions / fast words / practiced phrases describe a deeper, unspoken truth . . that which does not match hopes, dreams, and spoken words of the past. Be honest, don't tell me what you think I want to hear. Outcomes of mistruth include uncertainty, giving someone false hope, fear, confusion, causing someone to feel used or feel pain . . life is lonesome. Why does it have to be a game? I am likely to be wondering about your intention. Are you my friend? Am I part of a marketing strategy? What is it that you really want from me? How am I of use to you? How would you define friend? Is your friendship an illusion?

I have been reading textbooks since January 1993. I USED TO READ LADY AND THE TRAMP TO MY DOGGIE MANDY WHO SPENT THE MAJORITY OF HER TIME BY MY SIDE.

Heroes:

#1. My faithful Cocker Spaniel, Mandy Rose who never lost track of what is most important in life. Although she is now at rest, she lives on and fills my heart.#2. Mother Teresa#3. Those who don't anticipate attention for self-acts of kindness or generosity.#4. Those who choose not to use foul language.#5. "Characters" - those who don't "fit in" - the unique.#6. Leaders / teachers who hold back or remove obstacles that keep others from feeling confident & becomming successful. Why make others suffer because you had to?#7. Those who choose not to impose military-style punishment, rituals, or procedures on others at home, work, and play. #8. Those who find their way out of a hole & have enough patience / compassion to go back and guide those who could not find their way out.#9. Some say that the world wasn't meant to be fair. I love / support the underdogs who push hard to facilitate fairness.#10. Those who treat the cognitively deficient with respect and appreciation.#11. Professors / Teachers who choose to teach, rather than recite / cram everything they ever heard of into a power point lecture.
