The super group known today as Sure Bet came together in the late nineties. Originally they operated under the name Deadly Overdose, the group members included Young Fatal and Matrix. Over the years Wil Scarlett, a close friend of the group became the third member. The trio worked hard on mastering their craft and developing a winning reputation.
In the summer of 2005 the group began working on their first album entitled “Got It Lockedâ€. The three dominant emcees are determined to create a serious buzz in the streets as well as bring major flavor to the game. The group is extremely confident and positive about the direction they’re heading in, with the completion of their first album and several plans in motion to make Sure Bet a household name.

Matrix 25, is a multi talented rapper/producer, he brings a unique narrative style to the group. Wil Scarlett 27, is constant with hot verses to capture the audience. The Sure Bet Crew also features in house production from Sense 27, he brings a very unique style and supplies the group with the fire for the streets. P Money 25, is also a member of the group, he is the silent partner behind the music.
The group is focused on representing where they are from and giving the people of Toronto something they can celebrate for years to come. Their debut album is filled with confidence and a cocky chip on the shoulder style that is almost impossible to miss.
