Bazz ...the biography!Bazz is one of the most unbelieveable personalities in the music business that is still flying underneath the radar. His musical interest started at at a early age, Influenced by the Music his parents used to play in his childhood ranging from Soul music to Reggae. !Bazz gathered his first experiences in the church choir and later on was fortunate to have piano lessions for 5 years.With the age of 12 !Bazz had his first release as a Rapper due to a opportunity he received. “From the second i set foot in the booth i knew what i wanted to be” says !Bazz and from that day on he started pursuing his music career.In the late eighties, early ninties in Germany it was next to impossible to find a producer that could understand what was going on in his head and was able to transport that into music, so he focused on his songwriting and his performance skills frequently performing and searching for the right producer. As an artist !Bazz had numerous opportunities from his debut majordeal with BMG to a variety of features. “It just never felt or sounded right to keep me inspired and motivated as an artist.” The next logical step for somebody as Hungry and talented as !Bazz was to start composing. Luckerly he never really stopped playing the piano and therefore had the musical knowledge that inpowered him to making that next step.“I invested every penny i had into building my first little home studio.” People that know !Bazz would call him a dreamer! ...that makes his dreams come true. The sweat, tears and effort he puts into everything he does is simply amazing. He needed the knowledge so he started reading the books with the information he needed to know, he needed the practice so he locked himself in his studio and crafted his skill until he felt he could reveal what he had learned. His first crack at the music Industrie as a producer turned into a success winning a remix contest ahead of 3000 other producers in europe for the top ten british vocal group “Awesome – Rumours” that leaded to his first release as a composer/Producer.Over the years !Bazz has had countless releases and worked for all kinds of artists in the urban music segment ranging from international Major artists to German, spanish & French artists...Just to name a few:Nas Justin Timberlake Lord Tariq Mr Grand Willie Joe Angel lopez Taino Martin Buttrich Loco Dice Kool Savas Franky Kubrick Caput Niko Noki!Bazz always felt abliged to invest & support the next generation of artists and began scouting new talent. “I believe passing my knowledge & skill on to these nu skool cats is one of the most important parts of my job.”!Bazz is all about progression and forfilling his aims, a major part of his grind is concepting ideas and establishing plattforms to operate from. “If a day could only have 48 hours i..d be allright.” So much to do and so little time this man never stops moving and constantly pushes himself past his limit to reach new heights.Nobody ever made anything easy for this man, he had to fight hard for everything he has and master self motivation to sucessfully focus on his path. After moving all the stones people tried to put in his way he felt that the time had come to take his passion to the next level and founded Gimme Mo.. Records in 2005, an independent urban music label. “It all made sence to me! The industrie became week, my job as a producer was indangered because Record companys had signing stops.”Owning his own record label gave him new perpectives for his future career. After founding Gimme Mo.. Records and already having the Gimme Mo.. Studios it was a logical consequence to combine both companys and form Gimme Mo.. Musicgroup. To complete the process he founded Gimme Mo.. Songs in 2006 cooperation with EMI Publishing.Only god knows what the future holds for !Bazz, but this much can be said: Gimme Mo.. Musicgroup plans to expand. “If all is well and i stay on track the next higher level for me is establishing Gimme Mo.. on the international market and Miami will be the place i´ll be operating from.” The last 6 months Bazz has been focusing on the Us Markt and preparing Gimme Mo..s first 3 international signings.Lets keep our ears to the streets and look forward to what !Bazz has in store for us next
