About Me

for many a long and lonely night the minions of myspace have drawn me hither to pontificate and complain and meddle in the lives of the unwilling. thus have you discovered me. but this is not my world. this is only a small fragment of my thoughts, bound by the chains of acceptability, curtailed by the worries of hostile strangers and moreso by the equally hostile eyes of friends and family.
to delve deeper into my world is to go beyond the blackness of the page, to scour the forbidden dreamscapes of fantastical amusement, to bask in the wonderment of longing and curiosity, to teem with the violent pulse of adrenaline one moment and bathe in the romantic delusion of silence the next.
so follow me. feel the euphoric lift of flight. close your eyes, for in your imagination anything is possible. let it rip you, break you, nurture all your desires and paint you a world unlike any you've dreamed of knowing. now open those eyes and come with me. let your imagination be real. you see... that impossible world is waiting. let us discover it together.

Whispers Ere the Hallows Eve

When worlds collide, lest it be the day the Heavens descend to claim our souls, the darkness of night and the excitement of mystery coalesce, if only for a moment, into a shadowy paradise free from th...

Good Night in Chicago

It seems my fondest memories of childhood relate to football.  I was never big enough to play for a real team, but that never mattered.  What mattered were Sunday afternoons watching the Bea...

Letter to a Christian Nation

Given my recent struggles in the reading and writing department, I decided to end my Godly pursuits and return to a belief system in which I'm much more comfortable: namely, no belief system. After al...
