G.Y. Kang (born July 8, 1983 in Seoul, Korea) is a popular hip-hop and deep house DJ. He picked up piano at age of five and became a talented flutist at age of 9. Since then, he began to master all type of instruments from sax, guitar, drums, and bass, making a name for himself as the "Multi-Sound Magician" in 2000, when, during the Revival, he began to play all of them to perfection. He has played at such famous clubs as Day After, Ivar, Le Privey, Boss, as well as upscale weddings and fashion shows.G.Y. has rocked dance floors in both Southern and Northern California at venues and clubs previously left untouched. He may be the only DJ to combine the style of Los Angeles with deep funky house of San Francisco, and continues to play at clubs to mesmerize the crowd with his unique mix.
