Sitting comfortably in his home-studio, Boris comments on his musical preferences. "What I wanted to do was to sort of combine all these different musical elements from all these djs to achieve the satisfaction I was looking to hear.""I love the drums and funk of house music but I also feel that without any synth parts progressing them onward it's sort of 'incomplete'."Boris has this philosophy connecting the process of music making and the individual. "The music that I make is not just a bunch of boring loops put together. It has depth, soul, so you can keep on dancing with passion . It progresses, evolves, as I continue to progress and evolve; From the darkness, because it is from being there, that I can see the eventual light. I believe in the power of the Individual-Self.
