Since 2nd grade when he had a Fisher Price turntable and his 1st karaoke machine, D.B.E. Unit 53 has been cuttin’ it up, breakin’ it down and puttin’ da shit together.
Well rounded, Unit 53 has run the gamut of personal endeavors. He has owned his own clothing store, been a political activist, purveyor of malts and hops, self taught religious scholar and master of many- minion to none.
Moving through the mayhem of the musical world and leaving his mark, Unit 53 founded “No Remorse Records†in 1999. He has been pod cast and broad cast from Seattle to Spain, Byzantium to Brooklyn. Some of his latest contributions have been cutting tracks with Sadat X, 60 Second Assassin and others.
With eyes wide open in the quagmire of an oppressive, shadowy world; Unit 53 is never stagnant, with many releases under his belt. He’s always puttin’ something together, live shows, cuttin’ new tracks, etc…Finger to the pulse, always!
